Withdrawal methods
Two things have to be done before a withdrawal goes through. Your verification must be complete and approved. And if you have taken a bonus, you must have met the bonus terms in full.
Withdrawal times run to 2 hours on most methods and 24 hours on cards.

Verification (KYC)
KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is the check that confirms who you are, including that you are 18 or over.
You cannot withdraw until it is complete. Start it early, because it takes a few days to process, and your withdrawal request is only handled after it clears.
You need to upload your driving licence and a selfie.
Deposits above 50,000 USD can trigger a separate check. That one asks you to show where the money came from, under § 21 of our terms.
Fees
You pay no fees on deposits or withdrawals, whichever method you use.
Cryptocurrency transactions are the one thing to watch. The blockchain charges a network fee on those. That fee is set by the network, not by us, and we do not receive it.
Set your own deposit limits
You can set your own deposit limit to keep your spending where you want it. Daily, weekly and monthly limits are all available.
You pick the amount, not our customer support. You can change or remove a limit whenever you want, but the change only takes effect after 24 hours. That delay is deliberate. It means a limit cannot be lifted in the moment.
Payments and bonus offers
Some of our casino and sports promotions need a deposit. If you want one, activate it before you deposit. It cannot be added afterwards.
Only one bonus can be active at any time. The crypto bonus is the one method-specific offer, and it only works on cryptocurrency deposits.

Responsible gaming
Payments are where the limits actually work, because a deposit limit stops the money before it reaches your balance. Set one before your first deposit rather than after it. You can set a daily, weekly or monthly amount.
There is also a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours or 7 days. A temporary suspension runs from 30 to 90 days. Self-exclusion covers every account under our licence.
Changes to any of these settings take 24 hours to take effect.
