Registration on BetJordan is very straightforward. Just a few quick steps, and you are in. One BetJordan registration covers everything. Casino games, live dealer tables and sports betting all sit behind the same login, and they all draw on the same balance. You move between them without signing in again.
You do not have to verify your identity to start playing. That comes later, before your first withdrawal. Registration is open to players in Germany, New Zealand, Australia and Canada.
Opening your account
The sign-up button sits at the top right of the site. Click it and the registration form opens.
The form asks which bonus you want to activate. You can read the bonus terms afterwards. There is no promo code to enter at this stage.
You can pick from EUR, USD, AUD and NZD. German players get euros by default.
Two rules apply from the moment you sign up. You must be at least 18. And you may hold one account only, under § 22 of our terms. Break that rule and we can lock the account and take back the balance in it, so do not open a second one.
Logging in
The login button is at the top right, in the same place as the sign-up button.
Once you are in, you can open the cashier and look through the bonus offers. Your personal settings are there too. That is where the responsible gaming tools live, including deposit limits and play restrictions.
Verification (KYC)
KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is the check that confirms you are who you say you are, and that the payment method on the account really belongs to you.
You need to verify before we can pay out a withdrawal. Two things are needed: your driving licence and a selfie. The exact requirements are set out in our terms and conditions.
Start it early. The check takes a while, so getting it done before you request money out saves you waiting later.
Proof of source of funds for large deposits
Deposit more than €50,000 and we may ask where the money came from. This is a separate check from normal KYC. It only applies above that threshold.
The purpose is to stop fraud and money laundering.
After verification
Once KYC is complete, you can withdraw. Your account is fully open and withdrawals are your decision to make.
